Corentin MAIRE

Corentin is an Associate Principal at ClearView Healthcare Partners, advising Private Equity investors, Financial Sponsors and Pharma companies on Healthcare-related deals.

In the past 10 years, Corentin has worked on more than 50 transactions, ranging from €10Mn to €5Bn. He has conducted due diligences on various topics, from early-stage assets to mature drugs, including neurology, oncology, women’s health or pure generics, supporting both global and local deals (EU and US).

Prior to ClearView, Corentin was a member of the FIC team at IQVIA, advising investors and Pharma companies on their potential investments or strategic acquisitions. He started his consulting journey at CMI, a French firm, advising French PEs.  Before specialising in supporting investments and M&A deals as a consultant, he also did two internships in M&A and PE.

Corentin is a former entrepreneur: in parallel with his pharmacist studies and internships at Bayer AG, he launched a company in France, a start-up named “Ma Brosse à Temps SAS”, proposing an online subscription service for toothbrushes. 

Teamwork, motivation and hard work are qualities he has learned and cherished along his different professional experiences, as well as during his one-year program of military classes in the French Navy.

Corentin is a doctor of pharmacy (Université Paris-Sud) and holds an MSc in Management from EMLyon Business School (Programme Grande école).

Dad of three girls, he loves sailing, fishing and playing Tennis.
