As a Pharmaceutical Doctor specialised in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Corentin has also graduated from EMLyon Business School, in the French “Programme Grande École”. He decided to follow this « Master of Science in Management », with Finance as major, in order to complete his pharmacist profile, as well as obtain new skills in the investment sector.
In parallel with his pharmacist studies and internships at Bayer AG, he also created his own start-up named “Ma Brosse à Temps SAS”, which was an online subscription service sending new toothbrushes every 2 months to 500 customers.
This experience generated an increased curiosity in the finance world, in which he decided to carry out 2 six-month internships. First, at Athys Capital Advisors, an M&A small-cap in Luxemburg, he prepared teasers, worked on business plans, and managed data rooms. Second, in a private equity firm in Paris called Generis Capital Partners, he sourced investment opportunities, analyzed companies that were deemed interesting to invest in, and participated in the follow up as well as the exit of the portfolio ventures.
Afterward, he moved to CMI Stratégies, a strategic consulting firm in Paris, where he was involved in two practices : Private Equity & Healthcare. He managed various strategic due diligence for PE funds, and worked with different healthcare players.
Then, he joined the FIC Team of IQVIA in London (Financial Investors Consulting) to work on various Due Diligences for investors or on M&A deals, all focused on the healthcare sector.
Teamwork, motivation and hard work are qualities he has learned and cherished along his different professional experiences mentioned above as well as during his one-year program of military classes in the French Navy.
He loves Sailing and playing Tennis.
